Seeking the final two levels of my final power, I have received a quest for the first of those final two.
The Allurists Guild has now informed me that business near Quail and 85th has been slow lately.
I must now persuade 6 prestigious vampires (with at least 500 blood) to visit The Poltroon there and tell the bartender "Corwyl sent me".

PolyhymiaGuard says "Corwyl sent me to say yo yo give me my powers"

The barman says "Excellent."
A shadowy figure in the corner nods and makes a note.
