Secuirty dosent usually scroll during actual bindings. (although let me know if he does and i'll have a talk with him.) Its Alchemy Monday's message that worries me the most. He's on our watch list for previous attacks and is banned from this site.
Keep an eye out for him, scrolling during bindings. If you see him doing it, go ahead and displace him.
Feel free to go shopping for any scrolls or supplies you need (its a neutual pyre so weåpons arent needed, but see if you can get some fresth flowers to put in the safety box (the wilted ones are no use) If you need coins, contact Solanea and she will help you out. (UPDATE: I posted a list of required items for HoB stock in the other thread)

Weird, your recount is different from Dresdens, The security scrolls aren't happening and the timing of everything is different. Just a game glitch i guess.

Hey Layak! What's your availability this coming Thursday at 1pm EST? We\re having an official binding of one of our own Constables to a well known member of Clan Capadocius. We will have at least two our three guards there including HoB Guard. Our mission, make things go smoothly, displace any offenders (eg:alchemy monday, dowd, security) or any others that show up, get some good photography (one static guard will be moved into place) and Hob will hand out Roses to all attendees.
Let me know if (your human) can make it, otherwise I can find someone else to run Hob Guard then. Sorry for the short notice

It went really well. Another RB oddity that you didnt catch it, since you were standing there the whole time. You're all stalked up now with good flowers (once the binding request in place the users can pick the flowers before hand, You also have more SoTU to clear loiters before bindings, and Displacement scrolls to clear troublemakers.
