Tatianna Will return to being Outpost Guard after her binding to Jacek on Dec 9. If you can grab a power or two on that guard before then that would be awesome! Not sure how far Penny got.

Looks Awesome BR! If you see a charisma quester try to help out on the quest as well. And everyone who get coins gets a link to this site unless they're in the same square. Try to hit the bank first so you can give out enough for a blood drink 90 i think but if you see a hunter, its a priority. Otherwise Great report!

There have been no updates on this Guard since May. Who is running it and what is its status?

Still Lilly, but her mun has been busy moving across a continent. Problem is that guard report does not necessarily describe when it was last moved. I believe there was a post by DE in general discussion about it,. Either way I think lilly is here now, so we can get her back on track.
We also need to work on a fancy advertising campaign. eg drinks for everyone dosen't really work so well unless its done all the time, but we could hold contests for newcomers to the city eg hold a riddle a number guessing game whatever, and if its proven beyond a doubt to not be a thrall and they get the answer right they can start in our school with any 5 options and a 15k bonus (beyond the regular training bonsus. I dont see how this would logicially work posting it in bite. It would be like shouting it in beginners chat. all the transit guards would need to be active and take part.
