Donation of a minimum of USD $5 to Raven Black, it is NOT available in-game.

address to send snail-mail donations.

With the minimum $5 donation, you will receive the power Second-Sight, one
*levelled* power (Celerity, Stamina, Shadows, Thievery, Locate, or Telepathy)
to level 1, and the removal of pop-ups and the 120 hit-per-day limit while
you're logged on.

You can also request JUST Second-Sight, the ad removal, and hit limit removed,
if you wish to obtain the rest of your powers in-game.

***From the In-Game FAQ***

Second-sight (available only to donating Vampires (at least $5), as it
increases server load): the Vampire can examine the statistics of other
Vampires. Uses half an action point per target. Used by clicking on the name
of the target vampire.


What this means is that once you have this power, you will be able to click on
vampire's names (in squares surrounding yours) OR typing in a specific
vampire's name (this is done from the 'More Commands' page), and it will show
you that vamp's stats. IE: How many pints he/she has drunk, what powers if
any they have, their sire/childer info, and their location (the viewable
location will depend on what level of Locate you have, as Second-Sight will
not give you all 3 levels of Locate)

What it will NOT tell you, is how many coins, or what items (if any) someone may be carrying on their vamp.

There is no Quest associated with this power, as it is only available thru
donation. Just send your $5 and when Raven Black gets it, the power is
applied.
