The Allurists Guild informs you that business near Dogwood and 54th has been slow lately. Persuade 3 prestigious vampires (with at least 500 blood) to visit The Kestrel there and tell the bartender "Faelan sent me". You have ten days. You must not set foot inside the pub yourself during the quest - drunks give us a bad name.

I know it's only level 1, but I could use all the help I can get. If you wouldn't mind stopping by, I'd appreciate it. Thank you.
