This area is for Crime Reports! That is, the report which is filed by the victim or witness, and its receipt by the NightWatch. Discussion by third parties does not belong here, and should be limited to that of witnesses or those directly involved in the matter.

Complaints about CLA members do not belong here. The CLA is a separate organization and complaints about its members can be made to the CLA moderators, or to the CLA directly.
